This is a 12 month contract initially with the possibility to go permanent after the contract. As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication managementWork closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usageCultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excelWhat youll bringBachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRAHigh level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing softwareYou love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:Proof of immunisation against infectious diseasesA national police check conducted within the last 12 monthsWhy youll love working for us:Here at Ramsay Pharmacy, we believe in better care.At Ramsay Pharmacy, we are more than just Australias leading Community & Hospital Pharmacy network.
