Job Description

We are seeking a Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. This role plays a key role in supporting the delivery of our community fundraising in Australia.Working closely with the Senior Manager, the role provides assistance, helps coordinate campaigns, manages communications, and maintains accurate records and processes to help the team achieve their income targets.You will have the opportunity to:Help maintain positive relationships with donors, fundraisers, and key stakeholders.Support the Senior Manager in updating APAC fundraising resources and FAQs on mo.com annually.Help manage all third-party platforms.Support the delivery of Movember presentations to key accounts during events.Answer or escalate sensitive enquiries received by Movember.Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, digital, direct mail).Coordinate campaign logistics such as scheduling team activities, merchandise, and mail house operations.Help manage fundraising communications to ensure supporters feel valued and engaged.Respond promptly and professionally to fundraiser enquiries, maintaining high customer service standards.Support the delivery of fundraiser thank-you processes and recognition activities.Assist the Senior Manager with report requirementsextracting and preparing reports from Salesforce.Use the CRM as the primary tool to record supporters'' contact information and interactions with Movember.Support the delivery of a merchandise strategy to enhance retention and loyalty.Maintain accurate donor and campaign data in the CRM/Salesforce system.Generate reports and track donations, donor activity, and KPIs.Support income processing, receipting, and record-keeping.For this role, youll need:Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.Self-motivation and initiative.Experience in a customer service environment.Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.A creative, pragmatic, and innovative approach to challenges.Strong communication skills and confidence working across all organizational levels.Ability to foster internal and external relationships.Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.Resourcefulness and independence.Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.Proficiency in data entry and management.Desirable:Experience using Salesforce.Why work with us?At Movember, youll help raise millions for mens healthfunding research, creating lifesaving medicines, and advocating for policy changes.
