Anglicare NT offers a range of career opportunities in the community and social services sector in a diverse range of fields such as children and youth, family relationships and counselling, refugee and migrant, corporate services, financial counselling, mental health, disability and home care, social enterprises, and specialist homelessness servicesWe offer great benefits, including:- Further training and development options.- Flexible working conditions; five (5) weeks annual leave.- A strengths-based environment.We also offer great salary packaging options that can significantly increase your take-home pay.About the OpportunityTake the lead in a meaningful leadership role where youll guide and support a dedicated team of Senior Case Managers and Case Managers in delivering culturally appropriate, trauma-informed, and strength-based housing and homelessness services.Working closely with the management team, youll ensure individuals in transitional housing or facing homelessness receive holistic support tailored to their unique needs - including accommodation, tenancy assistance, referrals, advocacy, and more.Youll drive service excellence and innovation by championing continuous improvement, embedding evidence-based practices, and upholding the highest standards of compliance and care. With a strong focus on capacity building, youll also play a key role in strengthening both client outcomes and the broader regional service system, raising community awareness and fostering collaborative, trauma-informed responses to homelessness.To be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualifications in social work or a strongly related discipline, with a minimum of five years professional experienceA proven manager who has experience in the supervision and direction of staff, able to coach and mentor staff towards identified outcomesAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders such as Dept.
