With a strong focus on capacity building, youll also play a key role in strengthening both client outcomes and the broader regional service system, raising community awareness and fostering collaborative, trauma-informed responses to homelessness.To be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualifications in social work or a strongly related discipline, with a minimum of five years professional experienceA proven manager who has experience in the supervision and direction of staff, able to coach and mentor staff towards identified outcomesAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders such as Dept.
