With operations in NSW, VIC and the ACT, they are and on-site manufacturing facilities, they can proudly deliver outstanding bespoke joinery projects throughout these regions.A position is now available for a talented Joinery Sales Estimator & Designer to join their team in Melbourne. This is a full-time position responsible for providing accurate estimates and designing custom joinery solutions, using a combination of materials, labour and subcontractor quotes. Working closely with the Sales Director, this pivotal role in the business will see your work have a direct impact on the success of their joinery projects, from concept through to production.Whats great about this role:Excellent salary package on offerReputable business with a high level of honesty & integrityTight knit, collaborative team environmentA company that values and rewards their staffDuties:Prepare detailed estimates for Commercial joinery and cabinetry projects, ensuring accuracy and competitivenessSupport the project team with contracts administration tasks, to ensure smooth project planning and executionProvide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout the design and estimation processStay up-to-date with industry trends, materials and technologies to recommend the best solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of the estimation and design processesSubmit quotes, update the CRM, and set up and undertake follow up activitiesMaintain an up to date materials/fixtures library with pricing updatesSkills and Experience:Minimum 2 years previous experience in joinery estimation or a background as a cabinet maker looking to transition into estimation.A strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.A high attention to detail, with the ability to follow up and see a project through to completionAbility to engage with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.Proficiency in estimating tools and software ie; Nexvia, Hubspot, MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalResults driven, with a high level of commercial acumenAn analytical mind and high level problem-solving abilityMUST have full Australian working rights.
