Were now on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Sales/Recruitment/Program Coordinator to help us onboard new applicants and support day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Schedule calls, interviews, and mentor sessionsFollow up with applicants and maintain accurate recordsUpdate and manage internal documents, spreadsheets, and workflowsProvide day-to-day admin support across recruitment and programsLiaise professionally with students, mentors, and partner studiosOccasionally assist with light outreach or research tasksYoull Thrive in This Role If You:Are highly organised and enjoy keeping things on trackHave strong communication skills (written and verbal)Are tech-savvy and confident with digital toolsCan work independently and manage your time wellAre proactive and solutions-focused, with great attention to detailBonus If You Have:Experience in the architecture, design, education, or recruitment sectorsFamiliarity with onboarding processes or program coordinationA passion for supporting emerging creatives and shaping meaningful careersWhy Work With Us?Youll join a passionate, growing team working to support innovation and equity in the design industry.
