$100,000$110,000 p/a (pro rata) + super & bonusesThe territory management role of Member Outreach Specialist drives membership growth and retention for Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) through strategic local campaigns and partnerships with AdPha Branch Committees in the Southern Region, comprising Victoria, Western Australia (WA), South Australia/Northern Territory (SA/NT) and Tasmania (TAS).Reporting to the AdPha Executive alongside a counterpart role (Northern Region: ACT, NSW and QLD) with connection to the Strategic Communications and Member Experience teams, the Member Outreach Specialist will develop and implement targeted local marketing strategies that increase membership numbers, strengthen member renewals, and grow the reach and impact of the AdPha community and advanced pharmacy, in and around Australian hospitals.The role requires a dynamic and personalised approach to membership acquisition and retention, working closely with leading, influential and elected members to meet growth targets and related KPIs.This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week with flexible hours.Membership campaignsDevelop and implement targeted membership acquisition strategies in Vic, WA, SA/NT and Tas, considering local hospital pharmacy priorities.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify membership growth opportunities in each territory.Upskill membership advocates to scale up localised marketing campaigns that resonate with pharmacy professionals in different regions.Collaborate closely with members and the AdPha team to develop and support local membership recruitment and retention initiatives.Strategy and reportingTrack and analyse acquisition and retention metrics for each territory, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Create strategies to transform existing members into membership ambassadors within their local professional networks.Coordinate and manage monthly and quarterly territorial membership reports.Digital and social engagementSupport AdPhas social media and digital marketing strategies, informed by different territories unique professional environments.Support targeted online campaigns to increase awareness of, and engagement with all AdPha member benefits.Leverage digital platforms to showcase territory-specific membership benefits and professional opportunities.Required skills:In-depth knowledge of Australian pharmacy and evolving professional landscapesExceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to travel regularlyStrong strategic planning and campaign development capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detailProven ability to develop and manage localised marketing strategiesHighly adaptable, goal-oriented, and well-organised professionalStrong understanding of regional variations in the Australian healthcare systemExperience in territorial or regional management roles, preferably in professional associationsDegree in marketing, business development, or related disciplineExperience in developing territorially focused marketing campaignsProven track record of membership growth in professional associationsUnderstanding of digital marketing strategies and territorial engagement techniques.Why apply?We''re proud of who we are and what we can offer our team:AdPha supports a hybrid-first, redefined work model; our people choose between full office presence, a mix of home & office or (in some cases) fully remote workingGenerous salary packaging every FBT yearFlexible work arrangements around start/finish timesFriendly, helpful and respectful teamOffice dogs - lots of them!EAP servicesStaff learning & development initiativesFortnightly WFH allowanceGifted leave during end-of-year shutdown periodWe foster a collaborative culture and cultivate a positive approach to our day-to-day workload.
