If you''re passionate about providing exceptional IT support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.About The RoleAs a Service Desk Analyst, youll be the first point of contact for IT support across our Store Support Office, Distribution Centre and national store network. Youll be responsible for triaging and resolving Level 1 technical issues, supporting end users, and helping keep our tech running smoothly every day.What Youll Be DoingProviding responsive Level 1 support via phone, email, remote access and on-site visitsTroubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issuesSupporting onboarding and offboarding activitiesEscalating Priority 1 incidents in line with Major Incident protocolsMaintaining accurate ticket records and meeting SLA targetsCoordinating device replacements and ensuring efficient asset managementWhats In It For You We''re accelerating our growth across Australia and New Zealand when we grow, you grow!
