Led by two young, highly ambitious entrepreneurs, Stonebridge Capital has an opening for a fulltime content creator, to lead content production across our internal brands.This role is perfect for someone whos not only technical with a camera and edits like a pro, but also has a sound understanding of marketing, virality and social media.What Youll Be DoingReporting to the Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for:Filming high-quality promotional content for ads, websites, and socialsEditing short-form and long-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.Collaborating with founders and creative teams on storytelling and brand strategyDeveloping content calendars and turning briefs into attention-grabbing assetsProducing engaging reels, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, case studies, and moreMaintaining a consistent visual identity across brands and campaignsWorking directly with the founders to build their personal brandsYoull NeedDemonstrated videography and editing skills, with a strong portfolioProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalentAbility to self-manage shoots, lighting, audio, and post-productionStrong creative instincts, with an eye for framing, rhythm, pacing and brand toneHighly organised and fast-moving you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlinesA professional attitude youll be shooting for businesses and founders who expect excellenceBonus PointsMarketing knowledge or experience with performance-focused contentFamiliarity with Meta ad formats and what performs on TikTok and InstagramAbility to produce basic static graphic assets (e.g. Canva or Adobe Suite)Experience working in entertainment, hospitality or service-based industriesLocation: On-site in Toorak, VICHours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (with room to grow based on output and performance)Youll be creating powerful content that directly influences brand awareness, SM followings, leads, and revenue.
