Join to apply for the Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator role at MovemberContinue with Google Continue with Google2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator role at MovemberGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Sign in to access AI-powered advicesContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleWe are seeking a Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.This role plays a key role in supporting the delivery of our community fundraising in Australia.Working closely with the Senior Manager, the role provides assistance, helps coordinate campaigns, manages communications and maintains accurate records and processes in order for the team to achieve their income targets.You Will Have The Opportunity ToHelp maintain positive relationships with donors, fundraisers, and key stakeholders.Support the Senior Manager update APAC fundraising resources and FAQs on mo.com yearlyHelp manage all third-party platformsSupport the delivery of Movember presentations to key accounts during events.Answer or escalate sensitive enquiries that have come through to MovemberSupport the planning, delivery, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, digital, direct mail).Support coordinate the campaign logistics such as scheduling team activities, merchandise and the mail houseHelp manage fundraising communications to ensure supporters feel valued and engaged.Respond to fundraiser enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.Support the delivery of fundraiser thank-you processes and recognition activitiesSupport the Senior Manager with report requirements - extract and prepare reports from Salesforce.Use the CRM as the single tool to record supporters'' contact information and key interactions with Movember.Support the delivery of a merchandise strategy that will support retention and loyalty.Support maintaining accurate donor and campaign data in the CRM / Salesforce system.Assist in generating reports and tracking donations, donor activity, and KPIs.Support income processing, receipting, and record-keeping.For This Role, Youll NeedStrong administrative skills with a high attention to detailSelf-starter/high level of internal motivationExperience working in a customer service environmentOrganisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several taksA passion to approaches challenges with creativity, pragmatism and innovationStrong communication skills and confidence to work with all levels of the organisationAbility to foster relationships both internally and externallyAbility to give and receive feedback as part of a high-performing teamA track record of taking initiative, working independently and being resourceful.Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationshipsGood organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlinesProficient in data entry and data managementDesirableExperience using SalesforceGood CauseWorking for Movember, youll help raise millions for mens health (not for a CEOs bonus).
