These hands-on leadership roles are available on both day shift (6:00am2:00pm) and afternoon shift (2:00pm10:00pm).Reporting to the Maintenance & Projects Manager, you will be working across both poultry and plant-based production lines, overseeing and coordinating the production line team, ensuring production targets are met, high standards in quality, efficiency, and workplace safety are maintained.Whether you''re leading a coating line or managing a high-speed packing line, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role in an evolving & progressive organisation.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a small team across coating or packing production linesThis is a hands on role involving production operationsCommunicate clear responsibilities, targets, and process improvementsMonitor production flow and machine performance to meet output goalsTroubleshoot issues related to coating, sealing or packing processesEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standardsSupport, coach, and motivate the teamWork collaboratively with supervisors and technical teams to improve efficiencyBenefits and PerksSupportive, close-knit team in a family-owned businessModern, clean production facility with strong safety culturetemp-to-perm with potential for ongoing role and long-term stability (Company boasts a very high retention rate within its personnel)Opportunities to develop with & within the businessBe part of a company known for innovation, quality and people-first valuesRequirementsMust have experience in a food manufacturing environmentLeadership experience overseeing a production or packing lineFor Packing Line Leaders: experience with form-fill-seal and end-of-line packing machinery highly regardedFor Coating Line Leaders: experience in food coating production preferredStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet production goalsCollaborative mindset and a willingness to lead by exampleReady to Lead a Team in a Business That Values You?
