Coburg Toyota is a family owned and operated dealership seeking a motivated professional to lead our Parts Department and drive operational excellence.As the Parts Manager, youll oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient stock control, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. You will work closely with service and sales departments to deliver a premium customer experience in accordance with the standards and expectations set down by both the Dealer Principal and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a Parts team of 5 members.Achieve departmental goals and KPIs.Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory control and minimise aged stock.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the dealership''s sales and workshop teams.Ensure accurate and timely ordering, receipting, and distribution of parts.Monitor and improve department profitability.Maintain compliance with all standards and procedures as required by Toyota and the Dealer Principal.Deliver outstanding customer service.About YouPrevious experience in a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter/2IC role (automotive dealership experience essential).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory systems.Ability to analyze data, communicate well and drive performance.Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with using dealer management systems, experience on Toyotas Tune system would be a huge advantage (not essential).What We OfferCompetitive salary + bonuses.
