Our lab grown diamonds are 100% carbon neutral, and we invest in replanting landscapes and supporting communities globally.About the position:This exciting brand new role in our Property & Expansion team will be responsible for supporting the expansion and setup of new showroom locations, as well as assisting with the ongoing management of existing sites. This includes researching potential markets, coordinating with real estate professionals and vendors, managing procurement of showroom furnishings, and maintaining accurate property documentation.Key Responsibilities include:Identify and evaluate prospective retail and commercial properties that meet strategic criteria, including location, size, foot traffic, and aesthetics.Liaise with local real estate agents and landlords to gather up-to-date property availability and market insights.Support the Property & Expansion team to collaborate with project management companies and legal professionals, to arrange site inspections, lease negotiations, and compliance requirements.Compile and present detailed property reports, including financial comparisons, risks, and suitability assessments to the Property & Expansion Department.Lead the procurement of showroom furnishings, including sourcing all loose furniture and fittingsDevelop and maintain detailed specification sheets for all showroom furnishings to support consistent execution across locations.What are we seeking?Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within property, retail, or project environments.Proven ability to engage with and manage external vendors or service providers.
