Apply now to be part of our team.Job Summary:Availability: Monday to Saturday, mornings and afternoons as specified.1 year of relevant work experience required.Expected salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.We are a newly opened cafe in Laverton North looking for an energetic and skilled cafe manager with barista skills.Lead daily operations and uphold high service standards.Manage staff rosters and coordinate event staffing within budget.Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.Resolve customer and staff issues promptly and professionally.Oversee cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and address discrepancies.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cafe cleanliness.Implement new policies and train staff on updates.Assist with hiring, training, and staff performance management.Required Experiences and Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience as a barista and manager in the cafe industry.Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
