From onboarding and recruitment support to managing their people systems and office admin. You will help create a well-organised, compliant, and productive work environment. Youll be the friendly face that greets visitors, the organised mind behind their office systems, and the reliable support their team depend on. Early starts are part of the rhythm here, perfect for someone who enjoys getting a head start on the day and keeping everything running smoothly from the get-go.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding for new employees, assist with recruitment tasks like posting jobs and scheduling interviews, and maintain accurate employee records using Employment Hero.People Processes & Compliance: Track and report key people milestones such as probation, contract status, and training. Support managers with employee documentation including contracts, reviews, and compliance requirements.Office & Facilities Management: Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including reception duties, mail, supplies, equipment, and coordination with service providers and building maintenance.Training & Engagement Activities: Organise and track compliance and professional development training, and help build team culture through events, celebrations, and employee recognition initiatives.Supplier & Operational Support: Maintain up-to-date records for suppliers and contractors, support their onboarding, and track volumes from partner farms to ensure smooth operations.Admin & Meeting Support: Develop office procedures, support internal meetings with agendas and minutes, and assist with general administrative tasks to ensure an organised and efficient workplace.What You BringDemonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS platform is highly desirable.A Non-NegotiableAs you can imagine, keeping their farm safe and their birds healthy takes a lot of care.
