As the Coordinator FDV Coordinated Response Service you will join a multidisciplinary team of like-minded professionals that provide support to the family and domestic violence Regional Coordination Response multi-agency case management groups. You will ensure a quality service delivery and outcomes for families and individuals impacted by family and domestic violence, by achieving improved victim safety and perpetrator accountability.Some of the weekend duties will include:perform daily triage process for FDV incident reports occurring over the weekend and on public holidays in the Kimberley regionwork collaboratively across the Kimberley with other Out of Hours Coordinators to cover weekend triage requirements and to hold daily meetings to discuss task allocationparticipate remotely in the daily joint triage of FDV Incident Reports with Police and DCPdeliver responses remotely via phone, email and referral submissions.provide risk assessment, safety planning and appropriate responses for families and individuals affected by FDVThis is a part-time (15 hours per week) position available on a max term contract until 30 June 2027, working weekends and Public Holidays. The successful candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the the state.Skills and Experiences:What You Will BringYou are passionate about your professional practice and specifically about providing person-centred, trauma informed and culturally appropriate services.You will have:Tertiary Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline, with specialist knowledge and experience relevant to the position (an exemption to this may apply to applicants who have demonstrated equivalent knowledge of and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people or who are Aboriginal)Experience in assessing and managing risk and supporting clients affected by FDV, ideally including with individuals and families in Indigenous communitiesKnowledge of current theories, practice and literature in the area of FDVThe successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Check and a WA Driver''s Licence.BenefitsFrom $49.27 per hour + weekend and Public Holiday penalties + SuperannuationEnjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year and ability to purchase additional leaveWhy join us?At Anglicare WA we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work.
