In this role, youll collaborate with technology and business teams to design and implement strategies that ensure continuous operations during cyber attacks and enable rapid recovery, minimising disruption to our customers, organisation, and national interests. Help us stay ahead in an evolving threat landscape by enhancing our security and operational resilience capabilities.What youll doMature the companys program of cyber security drills and exercises, working with other teams including Threat Management, and Crisis ManagementPartner with peer technology and business teams to extend capabilities for recovery from a variety of cyber disruption scenariosHelp manage yearly business continuity requirements for Cyber Security & Risk, following company policies and regulationsTrack and report important changes related to resilience and recovery, including setting up useful risk and control measuresCollaborate with key teams on special projects focused on risk, resilience, and recoveryWhat youll bringTertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information/Cyber Security, or related discipline (desired)Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology, Information/Cyber Security, or related fieldsProficient in working across multiple teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders, with either/both technical and non-technical focus (e.g. IT, security, risk management, legal, regulatory and compliance, procurement)Proficient in building and maintaining effective business relationships, including at EM-levelExperience at the first line leadership level directly managing/coaching teams and individuals (strongly desired)Our cultureWorking as part of the Suncorp Group you will have access to an unparalleled range of job opportunities across insurance and corporate services.
