Order Fufillment and Customer Service Specialist - Premium Furniture StoreLocation: (Hybrid) The Acacia Tree Showroom, Brighton (Full-time, Monday-Friday for the first 3 months training, then potential for remote work 2 days per week)Role Overview:The Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Specialist will oversee the entire order process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role involves managing orders, addressing issues with couriers and suppliers, turning potential service failures into positive customer experiences, and handling incoming sales inquiries via email and phone. You''ll be responsible for placing orders with suppliers, handling warranties, and overseeing remote workers to ensure high standards and quick turnarounds.Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Oversee and manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, address issues proactively, and turn around negative experiences, particularly those caused by courier or supplier delays.- Sales Inquiries: Manage incoming sales inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses.- Supplier Coordination: Place orders with suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure timely deliveries.- Warranty Management: Process warranty claims and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.- Team Oversight: Supervise remote workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.- Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and informative experience.Requirements:- Intelligence and Organisation: Ability to manage a high volume of customers and orders, with exceptional organisational skills.- Problem-Solving: Skill in handling service-related issues and turning around customer dissatisfaction.- Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving problems.- Full-Time Commitment: Must work full-time from the showroom for the first three months; partial remote work may be considered afterward.- KPI Adherence: Ability to work effectively under KPIs, especially when working remotely.- We are offering excellent terms because we are wanting excellent performance.Salary:- Very competitive salary according to experience.About Us:We are a young, dynamic, and supportive company that has been growing rapidly for the past 9 years.
