We are actively seeking a Administration & Retail Operations Advisor to join our team focusing on providing administrative support to all departments across our Support Office.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Administration & Retail Operations Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This role focuses primarily on providing high-level administrative support across key retail functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in operational execution across our store network.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Provide administrative support across store operations, including managing store-to-store transfers, inventory queries, and receipting processesCoordinate logistics and courier bookings (TOLL) for store and Head Office deliveries, including meeting room and car park reservationsSupport online operations by assisting with click & collect issues, returns authorisations (RAs), and processing online refundsManage consumables and showroom inventory, including stock control and replenishmentProcess and track internal staff orders, inventory adjustments, and claims from regional managersLiaise with relevant departments to follow up on advanced shipping notices (ASNs) and resolve operational issuesAbout you:You bring 2+ years of administration and office support experience, with proven ability to manage high-volume workloads efficientlyYou have a background in either reception or customer service, with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsYoure highly organised, resilient, and excel at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Trusted and reliable, you handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Known for your efficiency and initiative, you take pride in delivering high-quality support that keeps operations running smoothlyThis full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate Administration & Retail Operations Advisor to join to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic customer service team!
