Team Leader - Group Based & Individual SupportsBe among the first 25 applicantsTeam Leader - Group Based & Individual SupportsAbout the role:Based at our Bundall hub, the Team Leader will support the delivery of the Group-Based & Individual Support program at Trinity Community Services, providing support to individuals living with disability and/or mental illness. The role involves developing daily skills, engaging in community activities, and fostering independence, personal goal achievement, and personal growth, all with a focus on fun.You will work alongside participants to plan meaningful activities, including creative workshops, cooking classes, and social groups. The aim is to support individuals in building confidence, skills, and connections while working towards their NDIS goals.This is a permanent full-time position, working from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role is classified as SCHADS Level 5.1 - 5.3, with a pay rate of $50.27 - $52.54 per hour.About you:To succeed as a team leader, you should have:A Bachelor of Human Services or a related degreeDemonstrated high-level knowledge and expertise in the fieldThe ability to provide multidisciplinary advice and expertiseUnderstanding of relevant statutory requirementsPrevious experience managing services or programs of medium complexity is highly desirableAbout us:At Lutheran Services, we are committed to caring for individuals, families, and communities, inspired by our Lutheran heritage.
