Operations Manager Commercial Cleaning (Start-Up)Were a new commercial cleaning company with big plans. Our goal is to build a high-quality, compliant and scalable operation that stands out in the market. Were not aiming to be just another contractorwere aiming to raise the standard.Were now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join as one of the first key hires. Youll be responsible for setting up and managing the operational backbone of the businessrecruiting staff, building systems, and ensuring service excellence from day one.The RoleReporting directly to the founder, youll be responsible for:Recruiting, training and managing cleaning staff across multiple sitesDeveloping and implementing SOPs, WHS processes and task listsOverseeing rosters, site scheduling, and supply coordinationConducting regular quality audits and managing client feedbackEnsuring full compliance with Fair Work and Cleaning Services Award obligationsSetting up and managing core systems (e.g. Deputy, iAuditor, Google Workspace)Supporting the business as we scale from a start-up into a well-established operatorAbout YouYou are experienced, reliable and organised, and you take pride in building solid systems that work.
