In this role, you will truly embed in the business, collaborating with key stakeholders, including our GM of Operations (AU), Village Managers and Senior Leadership teams to implement best practices that drive talent development, employee engagement, and cultural excellence across our 1,500 Village based team members.This is a role with real autonomy and trust. With your leader based in New Zealand, you will be the subject matter expert in Australian employment law and HR best practice, ensuring our people strategies align with business objectives. Working within the wider People team and collaborating closely with your NZ based counterpart you''ll provide a commercially savvy, pragmatic and strategic approach to P&C initiatives to support our Victorian village-based teams. You''ll have the chance to shape our people and culture strategy, ensuring our teams thrive in an environment that promotes long-term success and excellence.
