As a Consultant within our Leadership Capability team, you will support the development, implementation and ongoing evolution of the Leadership Strategy for NAB. This role will focus on supporting the Leadership Capability team to design and deliver leadership development programs, solutions and special projects in line with the broader Talent, Capability and Culture plans for NAB.9-month fixed-term opportunity to showcase your leadership/organisation development experience.Support the attraction, development and retention of world-standard and customer obsessed leaders.Create a cohesive and aligned leadership culture across the enterprise that reflects our values.Our people are customer obsessed. Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Consultant, you will join the Leadership Capability team thats doubling down on keeping it simple.Each Day, Youll Go Above And Beyond ToSupport the development and implementation of the Leadership Strategy for the organisation.Support the implementation of the NAB Leadership Capability Framework across the hire to retire process.Support the design and maintenance of the leadership development curriculum (incl. new leadership programs and/or modules.Collaborate with the broader Leadership Capability team to ensure alignment of leadership assessments, coaching and development with the Leadership Strategy.Lead the ongoing monitoring, evaluation and reporting of key leadership development programs and interventions.Support with ongoing research, analysis and reporting tasks as required.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Experience developing and implementing leadership or capability strategies.Proven track record of designing and delivering leading practice leadership development experiences.Previous Experience measuring/evaluating effectiveness of leadership development interventions, including ongoing monitoring and reporting on key metrics.Outstanding stakeholder management skills, relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes with demonstrable experience handling senior stakeholders.Prior employment in a large and complex corporate environment desirable.We respectfully ask candidates to hold any questions for the phone interview, where well discuss the role in detail and answer any questions.
