As a part of the Consumer unit, you will bring together systems, processes and people that deliver this experience across the customer touchpoints and customer lifecycle.Role PurposeThe Senior Compliance and Risk Manager is accountable for end-to-end management of Superloops Consumer compliance and risk management activities, including management of regulatory change and business as usual compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Superloops Risk Management Framework within the Consumer Business UnitMaintain and monitor compliance with regulatory obligationsTrack, oversee, and assess regulatory changes relevant to the Consumer Business UnitLead regulatory change initiatives within the Consumer Business UnitSupport the development, implementation and maintenance of embedded Business Unit controlsManage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of group-wide compliance and risk initiativesContribute to the maintenance of Superloops compliance planProvide pragmatic, commercially focused compliance and risk adviceSupport the development of Consumer training and knowledge management activitiesComplete control assurance reviewsAct as the Consumer Business Unit representative in regulatory-related activitiesContribute to periodic compliance reporting for senior management and the BoardQualifications And Experience5+ years experience in compliance and/or risk management within a medium to large sized organisationStrong experience working within the telecommunications industryExperience in co-ordinating/implementing complex compliance and risk projectsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence changeAbility to balance multiple priorities across complex regulatory environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in business continuity management is desirable.On OfferFree Home BroadbandFree Mobile SIM planFlexibility 3 days/week in the officeLunch on Wednesdays, snacks, donuts and more!Diverse and inclusive cultureGain skills and build relationships to succeed in the telco and tech industries, at Superloop and beyond.At Superloop, were dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to be who they are.
