The branch provides process, systems and services to support the department to meet its responsibilities under health and safety laws.As a Senior Analyst you will collate, monitor and evaluate the department''s health, safety, and wellbeing performance to ensure that strategic initiatives effectively achieve sustainable improvements, and to identify new or emerging issues requiring remediation.In addition, the Senior Analyst has responsibility in providing return on investment insights for health, safety and wellbeing programs proposed and undertaken by the department.To learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description.About YouAs an ideal candidate, you will possess:Proficient analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Effectively communicate insights, and to identify return on investment outcomes allowing the department to make informed decisions.Significant experience with data literacy, by considering data volume, variety, velocity, and veracity to establish data collection.QualificationsTertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a related field is highly desirable.How To ApplyPlease click the Apply button on this advertisement.
