To assist billing and finance reporting for clinical trials under the supervision of the senior clinical trials pharmacist.POSITION DUTIESClinical trials pharmacy service for Cancer servicesTo be fully aware of the standard practice to conduct a clinical trial, its procedures andrestrictions including strict adherence to privacy and confidentialityTo assist the senior clinical trials pharmacist in all matters relating to cancer clinical trialmedications and investigational medicines within the hospitalTo conduct clinical trials in accordance with the International Conference on Harmonisation,NHMRC, SHPA guidelines, legal and hospital requirementsTo assist with establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for the clinical trialspharmacyTo develop pharmacy trial procedures and set up the trial pharmacy folder for each clinical trialEnsure the handling of clinical trials medications is in accordance with Therapeutic GoodsAdministration, Notes for guidance on good clinical practice (CPMP/ICH/135/95) Annotated withTGA comments.
