We are a member of the Pickering Group of Companies with a wide representation throughout the Northern Territory, regional Queensland and South Eastern Queensland.THE ROLEDue to growth and expansion, we are looking for motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultants to join our team in Caloundra, Maroochydore, and Noosa.This role requires a passionate and dedicated sales consultant who can deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.With strong people skills, you will proactively establish and maintain positive customer relationships while growing the dealership''s customer base. Candidates must also meet the following requirements:Proficiency with basic computer skillsHold a current Australian Drivers License (mandatory)Demonstrate time management and organizational skillsWillingness to learn new skills and be mentored by our experienced management teamStrong and reliable work ethic and process-driven mindset to achieve personal remuneration via sales KPIsPrevious experience in a sales roleMotor Salesperson or Dealer Licence (not essential but highly regarded; required eventually)WHAT WE OFFER TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESSPacific Motor Group promotes a positive dealership culture.
