This is a true generalist opportunity with plenty of variety and ownership across key HR functions.What youll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queriesCoordinating and managing the HR inbox and day-to-day administrationRunning end-to-end performance and remuneration review processesSupporting the delivery of inductions and onboardingGenerating regular HR reporting and maintaining HR data via WorkdaySupporting the business with generalist advice and process coordinationHelping lead cyclical processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce planningAbout you:23 years experience in a similar HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor roleExposure to both blue- and white-collar environments ideally construction, manufacturing, or governmentConfident managing HR administration, reporting, and inbox coordinationPrevious experience using Workday HRIS is essentialStrong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindsetComfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the sameThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a stable, collaborative team in a role that genuinely makes a difference to the broader business.
