If this sounds like you, come and join us!About the roleThe Senior People Integration Manager will be critical in the TPG acquisition, supporting the integration of the TPG Enterprise Government and Wholesale Fixed business into Vocus.Working closely with the People & Culture team and the broader Integration Program team, youll be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of all M&A people activity. This includes ensuring smooth integration of business operations and post-acquisition support, aligning with business strategy, cultural integration, and organisational design.The role is part of the People & Culture team and is a hybrid working arrangement of a minimum of two days in the office and can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.What youll be doing day-to-dayRepresent P&Cin cross-functional project meetings, steering committees, and program governance to ensure alignment and integration of people-related activities.Provide expert adviceacross the People & Performance stream to guide decision-making and people integration activities, including cultural integration, payroll, HR systems, operating model design, and execution. This involves offering strategic insights and recommendations to ensure seamless integration.Partner closelywith all integration streams to ensure timely execution and delivery of all people-related activities. This includes collaborating with various departments to synchronize efforts and achieve project milestones.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and regular updates to ensure active participation and input. This involves organizing and leading sessions to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep stakeholders informed.Support with board papers, preparation of presentations for the executive team, and development of materials for people integration program discussions. This includes creating comprehensive documents and presentations to communicate progress and plans to senior leadership.What youll bring to this roleEducational Background: A bachelors degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience and Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in people, transformation, or M&A roles, with proven success in executing mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale HR transformation projects.Skills and Competencies: Exceptional project management skills, strong analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and superior communication and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.HR Knowledge: A strong understanding of HR practices, workforce dynamics, and organizational behaviour, along with experience in defining and implementing governance structures, operating models, or frameworks to enhance project delivery.Adaptability and Performance: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver results under pressure, and operate effectively in high-stakes, ambiguous, and confidential environments.What We OfferWorking at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
