This pivotal role ensures the safe, timely, and coordinated execution of construction and maintenance activities through detailed possession and access management planning.You will be responsible for managing possession interfaces across the rail corridor, leading meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring access planning aligns with safety requirements and project delivery milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation, maintenance, and governance of InEight TeamBinder for the SSTOM Project to establish a documented configuration and optimise utilisation for delivery of the project.Coordinate the development and communication of codification structure across information systems for the project, including alignment to client, business and partner requirements.Develop Information Management deliverables for project including Information Management and Handover Plans.Analysis and alignment of external stakeholder information requirements, including Client process and systems.Process mapping and identification of opportunities for improvement of end-to-end processes, cross functionally for project information systems.Implement digital Information Handover strategy considering all functional system inputs with an End in Mind approach.Developing specifications, coordinating development and maintaining reporting tools for Project Information delivery support technical and commercial requirements.Liaise regularly with project and engineering managers to report progress, areas of concern / issues and potential changes.What Were Looking For:Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (B.
