This is a fixed-term contractor role for 12 months.The primary goal is to contribute to UKGs growth in the APAC region by increasing sales pipeline, generating market interest, and accelerating the acquisition of new customers through dynamic market strategies that result in increased product adoption and market share in the region.Your ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing APAC Marketing team, including Demand Generation, Brand, Communication, and Business Development. Responsible for encouraging the development and growth of 4 direct reports and supporting the broader 15-person organization.Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC General Manager and Leadership team to establish and execute Go To Market strategy.Develop a regional marketing plan aligned with local Sales team objectives and constraints.Collaborate with global COEs to develop messaging and content for vertical-specific initiatives, utilizing platforms such as press, digital channels, webinars, EDMs, and integrated campaigns.Partner with global events on regional event strategy, overseeing the execution of industry events, including in-person and virtual webinars.Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as digital marketing, PR, and creative agencies in the region, maximizing the value of partnerships.Coordinate with Global Corporate Marketing to leverage global initiatives with a regional perspective.Train sales and marketing teams on new initiatives and messaging, including tools like the Optimized Discovery Process, Personas, Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Maturity Curve, ensuring vertical-specific content.Develop joint value propositions with partners and execute joint marketing initiatives.Increase brand awareness and generate pipeline through targeted campaigns and events.Required Qualifications10+ years experience in Marketing, including 3+ years leading teams, with proven success in technology sector marketing and business applications.Relevant SaaS B2B marketing experience.Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for email campaigns.Proficiency with digital channels such as email, SEO, SEM, or programmatic media.Ability to work a hybrid schedule, working from the Sydney CBD office 1-2 days per week.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesComputer Hardware Manufacturing, Software Development, and IT Services and ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at UKG by 2x.Get notified about new Director of Field Marketing jobs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
