Do you have a background in major projects and shutdown works in materials handling and minerals processing?Do you want to work for a company that rewards strong technical knowledge, values your input into key decisions, and drives processes to enable project success?We are offering a DIDO position, working on a 2:1 roster within a dynamic industry with a competitive salary package.The successful candidate will be allocated to one of our diverse projects and will receive guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Program engineering assistance and support.Assist in estimating variation works and additional major scopes of work.Be a technical resource for the project, familiar with drawings, project specifications, standards, and other technical requirements.Interact with and develop the subcontractor network.Technical investigations and commissioning assistance as required.Monitor, distribute, and enter inspection test reports (ITRs); review ITRs; generate and build new ITR test packs to support project quality objectives.Enter data and test sheets into PIMS, monitor progress, and prepare reports.Collate and construct electrical MDR.Redline markups of drawings.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Tertiary Qualification in electrical or electronics engineering.2+ years experience as a graduate or cadet electrical engineer.Experience on construction mining projects.Self-motivated with a desire to achieve objectives.Good communication and analytical skills.Broad theoretical job knowledge.Ability to work effectively in a team of professionals.Committed to maintaining a strong safety culture.AutoCAD experience.PDF editor experience.ABOUT US:PHE has 50 years of experience providing safe, rewarding, long-term employment in regional and remote areas.
