Job Description About the role We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury, WA, on a permanent, full-time basis. This role reports to the Team Leader and is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites. Working with our diverse product rangeincluding access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and moreyour responsibilities will include: Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in the workshop as required). Logging jobs in our service module and completing all related paperwork daily. Monitoring and recording parts usage. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Desired Skills and Experience Skills and qualifications Along with a positive attitude and a high regard for safety, our ideal candidate will have: A current drivers license. Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus. The ability to work independently in the field.
