This role focuses on supporting the Apex platform through configuration, scripting, testing, and documentation, including contributions to system enhancement initiatives, defect resolution, and cyclical review processes such as end-of-year changes.Job specificationEnsure Provide subject matter expertise in superannuation and the Apex platform.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, executing test scripts, documenting outcomes, and managing defect resolution.Contribute to incident reviews by identifying root causes, proposing remediation, and updating system or process documentation.Participate in ad hoc and scheduled end-of-year system reviews, legislative updates, and data transitions.Engage internal teams and clients across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).Collaborate with clients to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements using industry best practices.Ensure that all client deliverables meet internal quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Perform requirements gathering and analysis to support solution design and implementation.Deliver system design specifications, configuration documents, and integration plans.Configure Apex and related systems to deliver tailored solutions for clients.Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation, including training material where required.Contribute to scripting tasks including Acurity Architect or equivalent within Apex environments.Skills Required:Proven experience in a systems or business analyst role within the Australian financial services or superannuation industry.In-depth knowledge of superannuation administration systems, preferably with hands-on experience in Apex.
