As part of our design team you will be involved in bringing new concepts and ideas to life through design, validation, and documentation. You will be involved in the development process from the initial concept through until release to market. This will include vehicle specific accessories and general accessories with a retail/consumer focus.What''s on offer:Professional development opportunities, international business exposure and training.Join a world class team that operates in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities include:Understanding customer requirements and converting them into design briefs.Development of products based on a design brief and agreed timeline.Communication with internal stakeholders including product management and manufacturing.Product testing and evaluation.Working with partner suppliers.About you:Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar.At least 5 years of industry experience.Proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and mechanical design.Experience in working with suppliers and external manufacturing facilities.Proven experience in new product development with a retail/consumer focus.Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes particularly sheet metal fabrication (highly desirable).A practical and hands-on approach to the development, fitment and testing of products.About us:At ARB, we''re not just a brand; we''re a lifestyle.
