CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.About the roleCCS Swan Hill are currently recruiting an ongoing, part time Manager, Court Practice to work 3 days per week (days to be negotiated). As the Manager Court Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at one or more community correctional services locations and has direct supervision and oversight of Advanced Practitioners and Supervisors of court assessment and prosecutions services (CAPS). This role will provide support and guidance to highly skilled and experienced case management and CAPS practitioners on mitigating risk through evidence-based practices.This role will support case management practitioners to strengthen existing transitional practices to improve outcomes for complex and high-risk offenders who are subject to a Community Correction Order.
