Based in North Lakes, this role sits within the Claims Digitisation program and plays a key part in driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of workingwhile keeping people at the centre of change.The OpportunityJoining a dedicated Change & Communications team, youll support both strategic programs and business-as-usual initiatives within Claims and Assessing. Youll work alongside project teams, developers, senior leaders, and frontline staff to ensure change is understood, embraced, and sustainedparticularly as the business rolls out new workflow systems, digitises motor claims, and prepares to expand into home claims.Youll also contribute to building a practical, scalable approach to changehelping uplift capability and consistency across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver change strategies focused on people impact and adoptionExecute core change activities: comms planning, impact assessments, training support, lessons learnedTrack readiness, adoption, and outcomes using an embedded change frameworkCoach and support leaders through periods of disruptionEnsure smaller initiatives align with broader change methodologyIdentify resistance and develop practical mitigation strategiesPartner with L&D, Ops Comms, and other teams to coordinate change supportAbout YouYoure a hands-on change professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings people along on the journey.
