CBRC also leads the research and evaluation activities of the Quit Program.About your opportunityWe are seeking a Research and Evaluation Manager, Quit to join the Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer. Reporting to the Senior Research and Evaluation Manager, Quit your role is to:Conceive, design and implement research and evaluation projects, including campaign and Program evaluations, and formative research.Interpret and evaluate findings to support ongoing campaign and program development and drive continuous improvement.Supervise research and evaluation staff and research assistants in CBRC.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholdersAll about youWe are looking for someone with:Substantial research and evaluation skills in an evaluation or research environment.Experience in supervising staff, managing and monitoring budgets.Demonstrated competence in behavioural research and health promotion evaluation design and methods.Demonstrated ability to design and conduct quantitative evaluation research and design survey instruments.Ability to draw conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data to support ongoing program development.What we can offer youBase salary of $99,648 to $116,882 p.a.
