With global warehousing, high-profile foundation clients (such as CUB), and revenues already forecasted in the millions, Room Service is ready to scale.Now, theyre looking for their first dedicated Operations Manager to help make it happen.Whats the gig?This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for an ambitious operator with ecommerce experience. The Operations Manager will own and optimise the end-to-end engine room, from inventory and fulfilment to production, logistics, and reporting.The role spans three continents: Melbourne (Threadheads HQ and fulfilment), China (Threadlab manufacturing), and the US (3PL partners). Its hands-on, commercial, and designed for someone who wants to grow with the business, not just run someone elses playbook.Whats on the to-do list?Keep inventory humming across Melbourne, China, and the USHelp streamline digital print production and on-demand fulfilmentCoordinate supply chain flow and international importsSupport financial reporting and margin optimisationImprove systems, workflows, and warehouse processesImplement new tools, tech, and automation platformsContribute to building a high-performing warehouse and production teamWho are they looking for?Someone who gets ecommerce. Someone whos worked in logistics, production or fulfilment.
