It is also a leading marketer and distributor of recognised animal care brands.EBOS Group is publicly listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges.The opportunity:The position purpose of the Pharmacy Onboarding Manager is the coordination, project management and training of new Franchisees to the TerryWhite Chemmart Network. The role includes, training, systems implementation, stock management and merchandising of new TerryWhite Chemmart Franchisees.The Pharmacy Onboarding Manager ensures a successful and timely onboarding program for new TerryWhite Chemmart Network Partners and teams to easily execute the TerryWhite Chemmart brand strategy of Health - Value - Convenience.This is a hands-on operational role, that reports to the National Manager Pharmacy Onboarding.What you will do:Key Accountabilities include, but not limited to:Brand induction for new FranchiseesCoordinate new TerryWhite Chemmart stores, ensuring TerryWhite Chemmart brand standards and opening milestones are achieved.Implement TerryWhite Chemmart strategies, initiatives, merchandising and marketing standards in TerryWhite Chemmart stores.Support Network Partners in brand compliance and growth through training and development.Ensure all new TerryWhite Chemmart stores are supported and provided with training on TerryWhite Chemmart brand programs and initiatives.Working closely with the National Manager Pharmacy Onboarding and all associated TerryWhite Chemmart departments to achieve successful outcomes for new TerryWhite Chemmart stores.Creation and completion of property brief for scope of works for new stores.Regular store visits.Assist in category layout approval process with new Network Partner(s) and Retail Space.Ensure brand strategy implementation and objectives met in new store.What we are looking for:Skills & AttributesAbility to engage an audience and build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.Basic finance and expense exposure.Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.Negotiation and conflict management skill with the ability to analyse problems and develop innovative implementation and corrective strategies.Self-motivated, work independently and a part of a larger team.Planning and co-ordination skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience & QualificationsExperience with multi-site franchise or retail pharmacy environments encouraged.Experience/exposure to induction and training large groups.Practical experience of pharmacy/retail merchandise and ranging preferred.Current Australian Drivers Licence is required.State based and interstate travel will be required.Overnight stays to accommodate Merchandising Week and brand events.Company description:At TerryWhite Chemmart (TWCM), we are dedicated to delivering frontline healthcare, ensuring every Australian has easy access to expert health advice and outstanding pharmaceutical care.Our vision is to build a better future for Australian pharmacy, and we need passionate individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.TWCM is a division of EBOS Healthcare and part of the EBOS Group.
