Practice Lead, Family Dispute Resolution - Remote or Geraldton BasedCentacare Family Services are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to join our Geraldton-based team in the position of Practice Lead - Family Dispute Resolution.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in Geraldton, Western Australia, with the flexibility to work onsite or remotely within Western Australia, and with regular visits to the office.A remuneration package based on the SCHCADS Award MA000100 will be offered, depending on skills and experience: Level 7.1, $58.23/hour, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice options.Key FunctionsAs the Practice Lead, you will support and train administrative staff, Client Liaison Officers, Family Advisors, and Family Relationship Dispute Practitioners across the Geraldton office and other areas serviced by the Family Relationship Centre (FRC). You will report directly to the FRC Manager and ensure alignment with the Centre''s goals and standards.Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality family law services such as mediation, early intervention, prevention, and community education.
