Regional Group is currently seeking experienced Fixed Term Concrete Batchers to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Uungula, Wellington, NSW.The primary focus of the Concrete Batcher Mobile Projects will be to ensure the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.With a focus on safety, you will operate and maintain the concrete batching plants to produce concrete to approved mix designs and project specifications.Responsibilities include:Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behavioursSupport the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for all P&E and trucksStock control and ordering of all batch plant materialsSupport with maintenance to minimize breakdowns within own competencyOperate plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver high utilizationEnsure pre-starts are completed daily by all personnel and maintenance records are updatedAttend to customer requests and enquiriesTaking orders and selling products and servicesDay-to-day administration of batch siteAllocating trucks to ensure smooth operations for Regional Group and our customersAccurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix designsDriving Front End Loader and Agitator when requiredMinimum requirements:Current driver''s license; HR Licence is desirableConstruction White CardFull working rights within AustraliaKnowledge & experience as a supervisor in a similar role and/or supervisory competenciesPrevious experience in a concrete technical roleKnowledge & experience with estimating, sales, and marketingKnowledge & experience of WHS & legislation requirementsAbility to pass medicals and inductions as required3/1 rosterAccommodation suppliedGuaranteed minimum hoursDaily project allowanceBenefits and Perks:An opportunity to make an impact with a growing and forward-thinking ASX company.A competitive rate reflective of your skills and experience.Access to an employee benefits platform with exclusive discounts on banking, retail, and healthcare, as well as novated leasing options.Comprehensive health and wellbeing programs.Recognition through our monthly Value Awards Program.Continued professional development and training.Opportunities for professional growth within Maas and the broader Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
