We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities as a Incident AnalystComplete analysis of incidents to determine impact and support developing resolution plans, work with P&T to provision data and other information required to support analysis.Provide SME input into solutions and rectification plans both tactical and strategic required to support immediate and longer term solutionsComplete and/or contribute to rectification of incidents per agreed rectification plans.Identify uplifts to current solutions and procedures to support reduction in incidents and improved qualityProvide SME input to Squads to support business requirements where technology uplifts are required to rectify incidents and reduce recurrence.Work with Risk team to ensure tactical solutions meet Risk appetite and support status and reporting of incidents provided by the Risk teamManage assigned incidents and liaise with required stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met and all incident documentation is completed.Provide SME support to Administration teams to assist in training and change resulting from incidents including input into Procedure and Workaround documentation.Complete trend analysis using incident data to identify themes that can support review of capability, process improvement and system enhancements.Additional InformationWhy youll love working at GROWME Days - Take an additional 3 days of leave off per year for wellness!Birthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthday!Employee Share Option Program - our success is your success!Parental Leave we provide 10 weeks and support growing families by covering Superannuation contributions for the Primary Caregiver (regardless of gender)!Community give back days - organised by us!Learning & Development Budget - up to $500 per year to use on your own development!Hybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangement!Exciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronicsLooking for a job can be stressful and we dont want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so dont include one.
