The team is responsible for finance operations, bookkeeping and financial reporting (including working with our external auditors and tax advisors). We work closely with retail our teams to support retail business operations, reporting and growth.A day in the lifeSupport accounts payable functions, including vendor invoice and staff reimbursement.Coordinate with Global and Regional accounts payable team to resolve payment issues.Provide regular training to educate business teams on accounts payable flow and payment system to facilitate prompt payment.You support our corporate credit card program via our internal system iExpense/Coupa Expense, including administration of user credit cards via MiVision.Support in month end closing, including but not limited to unbilled invoices accruals and reconciliation of applicable balance sheet accountsPrepare & local supporting documentation for statutory audits.Support with monthly and quarterly profit & loss variance analysis for SOX.Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by the Finance ManagerQualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance and studying towards a CA/CPA qualification.2+ years experience in a similar role, experience with working with share service centre is a plusExperience in Coupa and proficient in Oracle is an assetGood interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional styleStrong organizational skills and the ability to work independentlyBe proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team membersBe able to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization, with people who can supply information, assistance and support for work related goalsMust haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesnt take themselves too seriously.Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesnt take themselves too seriously.Beyond the Paycheck (Benefits & Perks) At lululemon, we care for and invest in the whole person body, mind, spirit.
