If you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, this is for you.This role will work on one of Malaysias leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate original short-form videos tailored to each social platformCollaborate with copywriters, designers, and community managers to bring campaigns to lifeFilm and edit content using smartphonesStay on top of trends and adapt them for brand useAssist with influencer content and production if neededEXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING FOR25 years of social content creation experiencePortfolio of TikTok, Reels, or platform-native contentSkilled in mobile filming and quick editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Envato)Understand how to use GenAI to speed up production (ElevenLabs, Runway, other)Agile, creative, and fluent in internet cultureWhat youll get in return from us:Aside from a great remuneration package and all the flexibility you need to operate at your best, we want to see you thrive and grow with us.
