You''ll drive growth, execute strategic plans, and deliver outstanding customer engagement across a major account.With strong commercial and analytical skills, you''ll thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, while managing key relationships across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail to strengthen Royal Canins market presence and performance.Please note, this role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and achieve budgeted targets for the retail portfolio.Utilise category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities.Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.Present new product developments (NPD) and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analyse trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximise financial performance.Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.Support customer marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs for retail and veterinary staff.What are we looking for?You bring proven sales expertise, with a strong track record in selling, negotiating, and using data-driven insights to develop tailored customer plans that deliver mutual growth and meet both company and customer objectives.
