We are seeking a Studio Manager with at least three years of customer service and administrative experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused, highly organized, attentive to detail, innovative, dedicated, and a team player. A warm, outgoing personality and a love for working with children are essential. Experience in sales and a background in dance are advantageous. You will be part of a creative, passionate team in an established dance academy that is rapidly growing and committed to doing good. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who wants to grow with the company. As the Academy expands, there will be significant opportunities for role development. Duties Being the first point of contact for all phone and email inquiries. Providing excellent customer service to existing and potential customers (parents and children). Purchasing studio supplies and liaising with maintenance. Managing inquiries and converting them into paying customers. Processing enrollments, make-up classes, and trial classes. Supporting staff with onboarding, organizing cover teachers, managing leave requests, and processing timesheets. Maintaining student records using studio-specific CRM. Managing Google Calendar for classes, studio bookings, private lessons, and events. Handling studio hire bookings and private lessons, including invoicing and scheduling. Proofreading all outgoing communication in line with the annual Communication Calendar. Responding to student/parent questions regarding Academy events and procedures. Processing incident reports and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements. Updating Academy Policies & Procedures as needed. Maintaining current First Aid and CPR certification. Possessing full working rights in Australia. Having a valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Having a valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Holding a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience with studio management software (e.g., DanceStudioPro) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Macs.
