And that makes MYOB Everyones Business.About the RoleYoull be working in an Analytics team within our Customer Experience department, delivering enlightening reporting and actionable insights that enable collaborators to make proactive and timely data driven decisions.What will keep you busy...Engage key stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunitiesDesign impactful data solutions in the form of operational performance reports and deep dive insights pieces that increase business understanding and create real changeBuild highly interactive dashboards that enables self- service of data consumption across the businessUse BI and SQL solutions to automate reportingProvide quality assurance and review of peer workGenerate actionable insights that lead to measurable changes in the businessWhat we''d love to see from you...4+ years experience in this or an equivalent roleHighly proficient in SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred)Advanced experience building reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)Experience joining large datasets from various sourcesExperience in contact centre operations and/or SaaS businessesExperience building dbt models preferred (not essential)Experience with GitHub, VS code and Airflow preferred (not essential)Our Culture & BenefitsAt MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
