Chisholms culture of Belonging & Inclusion strives to promote a self-regulating culture that enhances the experiences of our employees, students and communities.About The RoleThis role is accountable for the provision of operational support and leadership through the focus and development of strategies and programs that promote the Institutes Educational Excellence Framework.This position directly supports the Manager - Hair, Beauty & Makeup and peers in Hair, Beauty & Makeup Business Area in managing and leading the implementation of Operational excellence, business growth and opportunities that enhance the Institutes reputation and meets industry and community needs in the course areas as designated.The incumbent is a key member of the Hair, Beauty & Makeup Business Area and Education Manager Network within Chisholm and provides contemporary teaching and learning leadership and expertise in their subject matter area and educational excellence.About YouYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.Qualifications Required For The RoleCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant disciplineRegistration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching disciplineA record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliverA record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledgeAbout UsChisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbournes southeast and online.
