Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage the Service department for Victoria, based out of the Airmaster Head Office in Scoresby.This role is critical to the business in maintaining our exceptional service to existing clients, while also capitalizing on future opportunities of growth.As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Service department, consisting of Technicians, Apprentices, Account Managers and Support Staff, in ensuring jobs are completed effectively, efficiently and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for the Service department to achieve budgeted sales and profitability objectives and creating a positive and collaborative work environment for those in your department.
