The Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) is a member-based, not for profit industry council and certified social enterprise, advancing social, cultural, environmental, and economic sustainability outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.Our primary work is to rate infrastructure (including transport, energy, water assets etc.) for sustainability - ensuring the delivery of social, cultural, environmental and economic benefits.Location: Australia (hybrid work arrangements)Type: Permanent, full-time (38 hrs/week)Reports to: Chief Engagement and Communications OfficerTotal Remuneration Range: A$73,000.00 - A$78,000 per annum + 11.5% superannuationRole Purpose:As a marketing specialist at the ISC you will identify market opportunities and advise on, develop, co-ordinate and implement integrated strategies across our marketing channels, targeting a diverse range of audiences who represent the complete value chain. In doing so, you will elevate the profile and uptake of our products and services including Technical Tools, IS Ratings, Working Groups and Committees, Supplier Directory, Learning and Capability products and mentoring program, Advocacy opportunities and an extensive program of Events including face to face and online initiatives.Key areas of responsibility include:Campaign strategy and execution: design and deliver multi-channel campaigns that advance engagement and revenue objectives across multiple business unitsMarket and opportunity analysis: research trends, competitor activity and stakeholder needs to guide marketing decision makingTechnical and ratings: collateral, technical manuals, case study development and supporting an annual ratings awards programLearning and capability: plan and roll-out campaigns to launch or promote training courses and other initiativesEvents marketing: create and deliver communications plans across the ISCs channels, supporting sponsorship, ticketing and engagement KPIsMarketing automation and CRM: administer our CRM and marketing automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation best practiceReporting and optimisation: produce monthly and ad hoc performance reports, analyse ROI and recommend continuous improvementsBrand and digital presence: manage website, social channels and SEO to protect and grow the ISCs brand footprintBachelors degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.A minimum of 2-years experience working in a specialised technical environment where being able to effectively communicate this content to diverse target audiences is critical to success.Demonstrated success running integrated B2B campaigns aligned to organisational objectives.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM/Marketing-automation platforms and key digital channels (SEO, Social, CMS).Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills and the ability to distil technical subject matter for diverse audiences.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities to deadline.Commitment to the ISCs core values of Dynamic, Collaboration and ResponsibleWhy join the ISC?You will be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team shaping a more sustainable infrastructure sector.
